Cathy & Chris’ wedding is one that we’ll never forget! Working with these two was such a joy, and we are so fortunate to have been a part of their special day. Both Cathy and Chris are extremely busy in their professions, planning a move to Toronto, and starting their masters program, and they needed assistance putting their wedding together. Safe to say, we were very happy to help!

Cathy and Chris are members of The Derrick Golf and Winter Club and knew it would be special to get married there, especially since Cathy’s parents also got married there around 30 years earlier. The venue was familiar to them, and Chris even managed to get in a round of golf with his groomsmen while Cathy had a relaxing and peaceful morning getting glammed up at her parent’s house with her mom and sisters.

On our end of things, we were busy at the venue getting the ceremony and reception all set up! Fortunately, most of the decor was in place the day before, leaving the wedding day for final details, including flowers. When we arrived, Morgan and her team (A Petal For Your Thoughts) was hard at work placing arrangements and building the floral arch, and you can see from the incredible photos just how hard her team worked. They are probably our favourite part of this wedding design!
