Welcome to your client portal! Here you’ll have access to all of the tools you’ll need to plan your wedding.
Our team will provide links below as things become available and necessary in your planning journey!
Planning Checklist
To ensure that nothing falls through the cracks, we have created a comprehensive planning process that has been translated into a very long to-do list in the Checklist section. It includes everything so don't worry about how long it is! We will be there for you every step of the way.
Wedding Day Timeline
The timeline for your event is crucial. As your planner and coordinator, it is our job to ensure that things are running smoothly and on time. We will use this section to plan all of the details of your event down to the minute.
Key Contacts
The Contacts section is super important as it helps keep track of all of the vendors for your event. Not only does it have the contact information, but is also home to payment info and scheduling, and will be the place to keep all important documents related to each vendor.
Budget
The most important part of planning an event is the budget. We will reference this section all the time! This is also a great place to keep track of upcoming payments.
Design & Layout
Notes
This section is a great place to store information, make lists, and keep specific reminders about your event. We've put in some of our favorite templates with info you might want to know, and we will add more throughout the process!
Your Planning Team
Mackenzie Tennessen
OWNER & LEAD PLANNER
Mackenzie is a certified Wedding Coordinator through The Wedding Planner’s Institute of Canada. When she isn't coordinating an event or creating a spreadsheet (her fave thing ever!), she is busy running two local theatre companies, watching reality tv, or playing with her golden retriever named Barry Dogilow. Her favourite drink from Starbucks is a dragon drink, or an iced toasted vanilla oat shaken espresso.
Kelly Webber
OWNER & LEAD DESIGNER
Kelly is a certified Event Designer through The Wedding Planner’s Institute of Canada, with a passion for creating exquisite events. There is nothing better than seeing her clients’ eyes light up as they enter the room of their dreams. When she is not designing, she is busy honing her calligraphy skills for her company, Calligraphy by Kelly, or probably binging "The Office" for the 400th time. Kelly is also an elementary Music teacher and can almost always be seen with a Tim Horton's tea in her hand.
Welcome to the Primrose family! We're so excited to be working with you on your event!

Mackenzie Tennessen, Lead Planner

Kelly Webber, Lead Designer
cell: 780-819-1463
Your main point of contact for planning and logistics will be Mackenzie, for design will be Kelly. You will have 2-3 of us on site for your day, depending on the size and scale of your event.
Preferred Method of Communication
To keep communication consistent, we ask that you contact us via email for important matters. We find that because we are often on the go, important information send via text or messenger may get lost in the shuffle, and we'd never want to miss an important detail for your event! We do our best to respond to emails right away, but please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
The Planning Process
When it comes to planning an event, there is a lot to be done. The planning checklist is huge, but rest assured that we will walk you through the entire planning process from start to finish so that you never have to worry about a thing!
You'll notice an estimated time frame on each checklist item - we strictly use these time frames as general guides to keep planning on track. As we plan, you'll find that sometimes we're ahead, and sometimes we're behind. We'll set deadlines as needed, especially if something has a hard due date that we need to keep in mind. Sometimes we'll be on a roll and get a lot done rather quickly, and sometimes planning goes a little slower - it's all a normal part of planning an event! You are in good hands with Primrose.
